Tres Coaching Services™ offers a variety of consulting services options that include business development and strategy, go-to-market planning, joint ventures and partnerships, and business performance improvement. Our consulting services can be made available on a per project basis with support from your staff, or as a fully outsourced service.
With most of our clients, we work in a dual coach/consultant capacity to not only provide the required coaching, mentoring and “how to” advice to help clients’ recognize ways to improve the effectiveness of their businesses, but also to assist them with the development and implementation of those specific plans, programs and actions required to address both short- and long-term business requirements.
